● The welding quality inspection process uses SPC prediction and CPK prediction
● The consistency and stability of the production line during the welding process can be judged to a certain extent
● The sampling rate of the welding process reaches 1 millisecond, and the collection accuracy is high, so each welding process can be better detected.
● Even if the welding result data is the same, it can also well judge the abnormalities that occur during the welding process.

Working condition case A

● Project: NG product and consistency monitoring, automatic line NG station picking
● Data source: 47538 sets of valid data, 1000 sets of feature value data
● Monitoring results: 96 NGs were effectively detected, and the NG ratio was 0.201%. Repeat inspection showed 66 NGs.
● There were 25 poor consistency results, 5 false positives were confirmed, and no false negatives were found.
