Production process control

Predictive Detection
In order to ensure that the wires currently being welded are the correct combination, the equipment will detect the height before welding. If the welding height exceeds the set range, the welding will be terminated and the welding machine will issue an error alarm signal.

Welding process
After passing the pre-high detection, the ultrasonic wave emits a 20Khz frequency vibration. At the same time, the high-frequency vibration is used to remove the oxide on the wire before welding. After removing the surface contamination, the precise welding energy is released to act on the wire, so that the wires are well combined together.

Post-weld inspection
After welding is completed, the welding machine will detect the height after welding. If it exceeds the set quality detection range, the welding machine will issue an alarm.
